I had a Palm Pre and liked it quite a bit.  It has it downsides but the webOS platform is top notch in my book.  One of the touted features on the Pre when it launched was it could sync with itunes.  And the scuffle between Apple and Palm was fun to watch as they update their software to break and fix the functionality.  But if I were Palm I would just develop software for the PC and MAC that allowed me to sync any music on my computer, a Palmtunes if you will.  Give me the ability to buy music from Amazon or other vendors, even better multiple vendors.  Just saying if I were Palm HPpalm this is what I would do.

I decided to update this post since HP bought Palm.  My biggest complaint with my Palm Pre ( I now carry an iphone ) was the poor quality hardware.  If the hardware was even close to Apple I would have likely kept the Pre.
